We guarantee that our jewelry will match the order placed.  All customization is completed exactly as finalized and approved by you. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Each jewelry piece is meticulously handmade-to-order one customer at a time.  Due to the nature of the craft, M A Y H A N A jewelry does not accept any refunds or exchanges on any type of order; this includes all custom orders, personalized hand-stamped items, discounted items, and earrings; unless the item(s) qualify under REWORK + REPAIRS.  

If upon receiving your item(s) you decide that you would like to adjust the length, you are welcome to lengthen your chain with our extenders that are available in a variety of lengths and metals.  Click link to view chain extenders and choose "REMOVABLE" https://www.mayhana.com/collections/add-ons

 

REWORK + REPAIRS

Please be sure to inspect your jewelry upon arrival.  In a very rare case, if you happen to receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at care@mayhana.com, since any claims can only be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.  When notifying us, please include a photo of the incorrect or defective item(s) with your full name and order number.  All claims are subject to M A Y H A N A jewelry approval.  Once approved, we will strive to correct and only replace defective items as soon as possible.  Please note that damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund or store credit.  

In a case of sending item(s) back to us due to the above reasons, all standard shipping fees associated with sending the item(s) are the customer’s responsibility upfront; however, we will refund standard return shipping fees.  Express shipping fees will not be refunded.  Please be aware that item(s) must be properly and securely packaged as received, and returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, and other packaging materials used for shipping.  Please be sure to provide us with a tracking number via email as orders sent back without a tracking number will not be accepted.  Also, please do not send the item(s) back without notifying us first within the 24 hour time frame of receiving your order as item(s) that are sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.  Standard shipping fees for returning the correct/replaced item(s) back to customer are covered by us.

 

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you require any last-minute changes to your order, please contact us within the first 12 hours of placing the order.  We must be notified of any last-minute cancellations of standard orders within 24 hours from the time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges.
